Au Sentier de l’Érable is a sugar shack and reception room in Sainte-Julienne, Quebec (35-40 minutes from Montreal); established since 1953; originally under the name of Bernard Duquette Sugar Shack (its founder-owner). After several years she was sold to a member of the family and the tradition continued without stopping. You can enjoy a good home-made meal with friends or family and also spend a pleasant day with different outdoor activities that the place offers. You will find trails for a nice walk and there is also a tractor from 1954 that can take you for a visit on the site. There are games and a mini farm for children. There is a great dance floor and traditional music. There is a shop with the sale of various maple products.

Tips

The sugar season for 2018 is from March 3rd to April 28th.

You need a reservation for the groups.

If you want to have a guided tour of the sugar bush on weekdays with a group, it is possible to do it between 11:00 and 16:00. Do not forget to make your reservation in advance.

The reception hall can be rented all year long with a minimum of 60 people and a maximum of 300.

There is also the possibility of organizing a wedding or reception outside, at the location of your choice.
