Roatan, Honduras

Roatan is an island of Honduras in the Caribbean Sea. It is the largest of the islands of the Department of Islas de Bahia, and it measures approximately 60 kilometres long for less than 8 kilometres wide in its widest. Its capital is Coxen Hole, in the South-West of the island.

Tips

Roatan is a destination of choice for lovers of diving because it has the second reef in importance, after the great barrier reef in Australia. Apparently, 90% of marine life of Caribbean is there, so keep your eyes open wide to see the multitude of sea turtles, rays and moray eels.
For the epicureans this destination includes many highly reputed restaurants of fish and sea fruits.

Tips

Nepal’s capital is surrounded by a valley full of historic sites, ancient temples, shrines, and fascinating villages. Mingle with locals and animals amid Durbar Square’s monuments, or join mountain trekkers in the bustling Thamel District. Explore shops for exquisite work by local artisans—carpets and paper prints are specialties.
